Greek Emerging Leaders is an 8-week cohort based program facilitated by Fraternity & Sorority Life staff. The program is designed to give newly initiated members the tools to amplify their impact and leadership potential within their chapter, council, and greater community. All participants receive supplemental books and materials for each pillar of the program free of charge.
The experience is divided into four pillars of Leadership:
- Exploring Leadership
- Embracing Diversity and Community
- Managing Complexities
- Living Your Values through Rituals and Service

Spring 2024 Greek Emerging Leaders Program
The Greek Emerging Leaders Experience will kick off on Monday, January 29th at 4:30pm - 6:00pm in the Exhibition Hall Kirkwood Room. Following the initial kick-off event where we will be introducing the program materials and getting to know one another, we will meet weekly for 8 weeks on Monday afternoon/evenings.

- February 19, 2024 @ 4:30pm: Crucial Conversations in Student Center (Piedmont)
- February 26, 2024 @ 4:30pm: Small Cohort Meeting, Pillar 2 in Student Center (Piedmont and Peachtree)
