If you are going through the educational process for a fraternity or sorority organization, there are a couple forms the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life requires you to complete. Please navigate to the section for your council to see which forms you need to complete.

MPC & NPHC Candidate Forms

Step 1: Candidate Paperwork, Step 2: Mark your calendar for New Member Education
Step One:

Complete the MPC & NPHC Candidate Form within 5 days of notification of selection or 24 hours prior to new member education beginning; which

Step Two:

Mark your calendar for required New Member Education Spring 2025: TBA

CPC & IFC New Member Forms

Step 1

Complete the CPC & IFC New Member Paperwork on Engage within 7 days of accepting your bid. You will use this form to change your meal plan!
Step Two:

RSVP for the New Member Education session you will attend. Required for all new members. Fill out the New Member form in Step one to complete your RSVP. 

The Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life partners with Tech Dining twice a year in regards to meal plans - the start of the fall and spring semester. All meal plan change requests for Fall 2025 are due by Monday, August 25th, 2025 at 11:59 pm to receive the maximum partial refund available. The new altered (Greek 100) meal plan begins on Friday, August 29th, 2025 if your request was received by the above stated deadline.
